A small choroidal neovascular membrane in a 35 year old femaile with moderate myopia assoicated with subretinal fluid (SRF) and overlying cystoid retinal
edema (CME). Presenting BCVA was 20/40. The patient was started on anti-VEGF treatment (bevacizumab) with resolution of SRF and CME and improvement
of vision to 20/20 after 2 injections.
