Small flat choroidal nevus in the macula of the left eye, just temporal to the fovea. There are overlying drusen which typically is a sign of chronicity (in this case patient also
has bilateral dry macular degeneration with drusen). OCT shows that the nevus is essentially flat without any overlying subretinal fluid. There is no orange pigment
clinically and on the photos and
fundus autofluorescenece confirms that (clinically observed orange pigment typically has corresponding hyper-AF signal).
